I had a very bad experience of INDIGO. Firstly the Customer service is very poor


Here I would like to say something about the Manager Mr.Jossy.(St. Antony's, Kottayam, Kerala)


When I decided to go for the new face lifted Indigo I never had a second thought, the problem started from the day they delivered the car.When I went to St. Antony's to book the car they have offered me accessories like seat cover, teflon coating, under body coating etc and promised me that everything will be fixed before the delivery date itself!


Sad to say that St. Antony's gave me a night mare on Dec-06 on which I received the car.When I reached there the employees told me that they have done teflon coating and under body coating so I decided to do a thorough check with one of my friend who followed me on that day.NONE of the things were done and they were trying to cheat me by saying that they have done everything, lucky that my friend knew how to check.


To me it was quite unbelievable, such a reputed company, and the dealer is doing things like I have never imagined! However the manager Mr.Jossy was not around and the employees were not able to address my problem, so I tried to call him and explain the situation, it was so easy for him to say that the seat cover is "not available", and they will be doing the teflon coating, under body coating on some other day(He himself admitted that they havn done any coating, only after I confronted with evidence).Since I travelled almost 100Km to get my car I was not satisfied with his answer. So I decided to call the MD, he promised that they will provide me everything they have promised but on a later day(he told me that he will call me soon to arrange a day to do coating, fixing seat cover etc), to me I had no choice no take the car along.


I have informed all my concerns to the customer satisfying officer who represent TATA Motors, untill today 12-07 I have not heard from them.


Lack of intervention and control on dealers activities are very obvious
