Great Car with poor after sales service

I got the delivery of my Indigo Manza Aura on 6th May. I drove 1250 kms till now. Overall experience was okay. It could have been easily excellent, but for just 1 day when my car broke down in the middle in Vashi. It refused to start because the brand new Exide battery fused. The Tata helpline no. given to me at the time of delivery is not answerable. I was actually stranded with even Concorde motors not answering the call.


Eventually, I had to catch hold of a local mechanic who ultimately fixed it, but with a cost. After a lot of efforts, I managed to reach Concorde motors who is the dealer from where the car was purchased. They asked me to take the car to the service station. As the car was running absolutely fine by now, Tata service were not able to figured out the reason of the problem.


Nobody tried to get into the dept of the problem. One thing I realised the Tata service is not as proactive as some other competitors. I have to incur a cost for fixing the car, plus the agony of being stranded mid-way.
