If you buy a Tata, let it be known that you are making a poor investment. Rather, you should always go for something like Maruti(its reliable and parts are easily available).
It is not an entirely useless purchase, but the car is unreliable.
Wiring problem is the biggest issue, followed by rusting.
Now my car is sitting at home and doesn't start:)
I bought it 2nd hand, a 2005 model TDI LS. Spent almost a lakh on mending it, but still it never streamlined. There wsa problem every week. Changed the bttery so many times.
Now mechanic is saying to change the wiring. Now that's a big expense too.
Mileage is good at arond 20 kmpl. Comfort is also good. And pickup also good. Lots of space.
I will have to wait to gather the cash before getting it repaired again. Even the battery is dead.
I would say avoid any Tata car, even if its from the new zest or bolt series. they have no innovation. They continue with the same old Indica's DNA. It can be seen in all their vehicles.
