I have been driving Indigo for last 3 years with almost nearing 1Lac Kms....., The car has been of great support to me and family, we have driven the car across Jaipur, Agra, North (Jammu)...., very much comfortable and great mileage.
The comfor is till the time you don't land up at Sanya Motors (Authorised dealer in west delhi , Maya Puri Area). The dealer & network undersatnds the problems of the car so well that they would not leave any stone untouched to resolve your issue.
At the end of the day you will land up paying minimum of Rs 5000/- , two days later you will realise that the problem for which you had gone to Sanya still exists......summary is on the job learning for Sanya expersts at your cost. Third day you will get a call from Customer Care of Sanya and ask you about the quality of service.......You will be confused what kind of system is this at Sanya.
Summary : The car is good, the manufacturer is great......but Dealer will definitely screw this brand equity soon.
