Chennai - I have been using Tata Indicon Wimax connection since 1 year 4 months. So wanted to write this review.
Installation - Perfect. On time. I got it installed in 2 days after I applied for the connection. They checked everything, gave us a demo and only then left.In One Year: Never a downtime. Though if I open few sessions. It used to get locked. I had to call the customer care and close the sessions. I cannot know how many sessions are going on and close them on my own.There was one day the modem was not working. I complained in the morning. They came and replaced the modem by evening.Price: Slightly overpriced. I have to pay 1324/- every month to get 384KBPS during day and 1.5MBPS in the night.Speeds: Speeds... Almost same as I was promised... Most of the days I get more than I subscribed for...So, if price is not a matter for you.. Go for the Wimax connection from Tata Indicom in Chennai. I am still using it...
