I bought tata plug and surf when I used it took me minutes to open single web page. I contacted the customer care but they just did sweet talk they told me used there program called speed+ but nothing change in spite calling for many times they were unable to solve this problem . then they said it might be network congestion I kept this stick for 3 months and paid rentals for 3 months with out using it hoping the speed will improve but noting changed so I decide to cancel the same.
I always thought TATA represents for quality products and they stand for wht they say but from this experience I feel cheated fromTATA indicom who give false claims in there advt. I deeply regret buying this and after this experience I have decided not to buy any product of TATA .
So please do not ever think of buying this TATA PLUG AND SURF
