I have been using TATA plug 2 surf since last 2.5 years and I have never faced any problem with the device, in fact I always recommend people to buy TATA plug 2 surf device only.
Please read pros and cons. Its very handy, Fits into Laptop or Desktop, Speed is average, User friendly. Poor Dealer service, Sometimes during peak hours network becomes too slow,
Advice: Go only for Prepaid connection with data based but not time based plan. The rate is 1Rs/1Mb during day and 40Ps/1Mb during 10PM to 8PM.
Go to TATA shoppe to buy the connection, never buy it from any local shop or dealer. This is only my review so please go through other product review before you buy. Get a usb cable for the device to use as it may get damaged without cable when you move your laptop or CPU. They provide SPEED software to increase the speed of the Internet.
