I was using Tata docomo Photon+(Huawei Instrument) since 3 Years using plan of 5GB unlimited with monthly bill of Rs 750 it worked well initially with speed and performance but after few months since June 2013.
In June our account manager changed our data card with new plan 3GB@ Rs.500/m, he gave me a new data card with different instrument called "CXcess". And it started giving worst performance and getting slower and slower. Too many disconnections. does not work at many places across India.
So I registered a complain with Photon+. Trying to change the instrument but still TATA service people are doing some kind of testing and harassing me. It has been 5 visiting but still trying to find the issue. I called account manager, I got the answer that it will be done by 14th August. Mails are floating between TATA and myself.
I got another call on 19th August 2013 where another request was raised with reference number to check the issue, and I was told that engineer will visit again.
Really its a terrible and pathetic experience from TATA, will never suggest anyone to buy any TATA products. Today it is 20th August 2013 and still there is no response from Tata Docomo people and they are charging me unnecessarily bills since June while I'm not using the connection properly.
Never buy any service from Tata Photon.
