Tata Photon No. 9225331437 Mob. 9922710759 Register Email Id abhi81kul@gmail.com I had register my request at 25 Sep 2015 to tata docomo to disconnect connection permanently.Then at 1 Oct I received email regarding my cancellation request is in process.
Then around 15-17 Oct I received SMS 770 Rs, so I called customer care regarding this bill so he said Your connection has been restart at 8 Oct. I was shocked I did not register any request to restart my connection. even I didn't received any email regarding connection has been restart.
Then again at 24 Oct this problem has been solved by Mehul & Aakash from priority department he said it was our mistake and again he took my cancellation request & said u will receive cancellation request email within 24-48 hours & said now you aishwaryasingh23 this 770 Rs LAST BILL then u don't need to aishwaryasingh23 anything this would be your last bill. . But Now today is 12 NOV and yet I have not received E mail from Tata Docomo that My Connection Has been permanently Cancel.
Again yesterday again I got email of 359 RS bill. Just had word with Yogesh from priority department he said Madam your connection has been permanently disconnected but we cant sent that kind of mail.This is your last bill after this u will not receive any bill. Really very disgusting service from Tata. These people only take money from you. Poor service
Tata Docomo But still hope u will solve my problem! Don't know how many times I have to aishwaryasingh23 for this connection.Really bad service guys bcz of your mistake I have to aishwaryasingh23 this bill in Tata a/c.
