I purchased a Tata Photon+ last month from a dealer near my house and sadly later I found out that there is no signal. Repeated attempts to contact their Customer care department is in vain. They sent their engineer and he has reported that there is no signal. I did not get a response after that. I have contacted their so called Customer care dept at least 20 times.
Sad part is they promise to get back and don’t bother to. The first day I found out that the devise was not working, I requested they take it back and they plainly said it's not possible. They advertise saying buy back etc., It is not about the devise not working, it’s their attitude towards the customer.
I have been a customer of TATA from a very long time, be it vehicles and other services. I have decided that I don’t want anything to do with the name TATA any more. My humble request to the people, please seriously consider before you buy a TATA photon. They are just HORRIBLE, they simply don't know what the word Customer Service means. I am being Very Honest here.
I have decided to go to the Consumer forum.
