Hello,
I have just received a 10 Rs bill for a 1 month internet connection via tata photon. I have been using it since the last 2 years or so and last month I got a bill of rs 3.5 k which I paid.
This month its 10k!. Reason - data download limit exceeded.
Cant believe someone can send a Rs 10, 000 bill for 1 month in today'e intermnet era. Is there a law which can stop tata photon from charging unusually high rates for a limited download connection? There is now ay I can verify if the download sizes they mention are true! And even if they are is it right to charge so much when companies are charging 1000k /month for unlimited downloads at 10 MBPS speed.
I have never got more than 400 kbps speed with tataphoton that claims 3.2 MBPS. only very rarely at around `1 or 2 am - it crosses -600/700kbps and reaches 1mbps but only for a very short time - say 30-45 minutes.
Regards
Anu
