I thought TATA was a responsible and customer friendly operation
Liking - YOU MUST BE JOKING
DISLIKES- Both principals and dealer FAST TRACK are unresponsive
- It takes 10 days to get connection BSNL gave me in 48 hours
-Technical support zero BSNL send people and emails regularly
I could write a full page on my experince
It took me 10 days to get a new connection because I psent half my office time sitting in Fast Track at Fraser town Banalore whose complaint was
SERVERS ARE DOWN
For internet they collect money but say they have no idea how it works--NO TECHNICAL MANPOWER
For cancellation they say go to Richmond Road we cant do anything- SHIRKING RESPONSIBIKLITY
When ringing TATA INDICOM they say we dont respond to emails and we cant call back nor do they get someone responsible to answer
If I did this with any customer I would be both physically asaaulted and financially finished
How does TATA INDICOM hope to survive ??
