I took Tata Indicom Wireless Landline connection 6 months back.
There service is good as far as technical details are concerned.
Some times there is a Voice disturbance in the call and you cannot listen to conversation properly.
Here comes the bad part of their side. After a month I got a SMS saying your connection will be disconnected if you do not pay your bill. I was shocked and I called up their customer support. They told me the amout to be paid by check and said your bill has been sent and you will receive duplicate bill in few days.
This story is still going on Every time I have to call them then they say pay so and so amount. Now they have started sending SMS for the amount to be paid but they are still not sending bills. I still do not know how many calls I made how they are charging. Its department for bill is worst Government departments are still better than them.
MTNL at least sends you the bill but these guys are just too much.
Recently I called them and told their support that I am going to close the connection after 3 days, immediately they send a copy next day. But again for this month I did not receive their bill. I am fed up of calling them every month, I think I should switch to some other service provider.
