I renewed my Prepaid Broad Band service on Nov, 2nd, 2008 for 3 months but it never worked since then right up to now i.e on Dec, 17th, 2008. I kept complaining almost every day but n vain! To my surprise the customtakeouter service department keeps sending the mail that it has been resolved!
Every time I complain they just give a complaint no & sleep on it! Can you imagine that a broad band service not working for 45 days & customtakeouter support don't care!I If I ask for the names of the Manager or any higher up executive they don't even give me. If I ask for refund they say they acn not refund. Neither they can refund my adance amount paid nor they they can provide he service even after 45 days. what can you call these guys other than Great Cheats?
It is not the first time that it has happened. It did not work for almost 35 days last year!
