I have subscribed to Tata Broadband connection a few month back.
The percent of uptime that I am getting is not even 10%.
Almost every time I want to connect, I have to call up Support first, They obviously wont fix the problem on the same day so, I will have to wait till next WORKING day,
(so if you are planning to use internet on weekends they will not be able to help!!!!)
Because of the enormous downtime I have not been able to use even one GB out of 6.5 GB
Pack value.
I have spent almost one four th of my Pack value on my phone bills calling their tech support.
every time tech support people promises for a permanent solution, but with no connectivity issues has not been solved yet. I raised about five tickets in just seven days but they still have not fixed connectivity Issues.
I have finally given up using the product and Switched the provider (obviously with no moneyback).
I would definitely discourage using this provider
