It was a wretched sunday that I brought tataindicom broadband connection in pune. I have lost more that 20 days over a period of 6 months due to connectivity issues. Its 3 days since I have lodged a complaint and this is the statistics.
No of representative that I talked to: 9
No of solutions given: 7
No of them worked: 0
Is the account active now: NO
Excuse incluse that you phone is not reachable, Siwtched off, you account is suspended and all. Even they dont know what has happened. Moreover we do not even have a money back facility. If we ask the technical department they transfer it to the billing department and you keep revolving.PLEASE NEVER EVER TAKE UP TATAINDICOM. Its a social cause that I am serving here, I have SUFFERRED please do not REGRET after buying a tataindicom connection.
