I live in Bangalore near bannerghtta Road. Needed one internet connection, basic purpose was to work from home. Around 6 mponths back when I was looking for connection, only Tata Indicom confirmed they provide the service in that locality. So went for that even I was aware that it does not have good reputation. After taking the connection pain starts. In the last 6 months I guess it did not work for more than 50% of time. Complained several times, talked to customer care a lot of time, but only once technical persion visited my house to solve the issue.
The problem why the connection down was mainly there cable is broken somewhere. The customer service also does not have little technical knowledge nor they have wish to help the customer. Most of the time during my call with customer service I inform them this modem light is not glowing, that's why this could be the issue. Then they pretend like verifying something and say that's the reason. I was frustated with this kind of service.
Mine was a prepaid connection. I was so much irritated that when last time it did not work I did not have any wish to register a compalin and go through same irritating process of talking to customer service.
Just the day when it was expired some body from Tata Indicom called and asked me for renewal. Good buddy, you only look to accumulate your wealth with filthy service. Same on you guys.
Now i'm happy that it's expired and I took airtel connection.
