I had signed up for an 8 Mbps internet connection. More than 50% of the time, the internet would not be connected and there were perpetual problems.
Also, the internet speed was always slow and in every connection test online, the speed always came below 1 Mbps.
Several times, I have intimated to your staff to close down the connection but your processes are so messed up, your people keep calling to ask what the problem is. Do you have a problem with someone trying to shut down your connection?
This propaganda of customer service oriented is a shame, you have no policy to listen. Instead of closing the connection, you are harassing me and continuing raising bills month after month.
Not expected from a Tata company!
