If you want a broadband connection, which does not work, then take Tata Broadband. Not only will it not work, but they will not even respond to customer complaints. The worst part is their nodal officer or appellate authority will also not respond. This company does not deserve to be called a Tata company.
If you are in an area with power cuts, their broadband does not work not only when you don't have power, but even when others in the network does not have power. Normally all power cuts are staggered, so that one area or the other does not have power. Ultimately, I am not able to connect whenever I want to connect. I know then that somewhere in the city, someone has a power cut. A broadband connection is supposed to be uninterrupted supply, but this is interrupted non-supply.
This is ridiculous, sad state of affairs.
Wish I had seen these reviews before I took the connection. I have taken MTNL, which is much better, though I have paid in advance for the tata Indicom. The amount is a Diwali gift to Ratan Tata.
