I had taken the services of Tata Tele as "Docomo" broadband living in Whitefield Bangalore. I am living in an apartment where there are more than 400+ apartments. Expectation was that TATA is a decent company and because staying in a big apartment, customer and technical service will be good.


I was under the plan to 10GB each month. The usage for each month for the first 2 month was 5 GB. I know how much data is used and where. I do not down load movies and all that via internet.  The 3rd month received an SMS that your 10 GB is expired on 10th. Called up customer care. They said that you have used it. I asked provide me the details of each day. The answer was you have to pay 250/- for that. I asked if you would provide me the i.p address of the computer which used, that was not possible. I still logged a case. After few days, the case is automatically closed. I log another case, this time the customer care says, that there may have been some issue, but you need to send email to some id. This went on.


The next month happened the same. The 10GB is expired within 10 days. I sent and email to please stop my connection. The complain numbers are below if someone from TATA Docomo is really looking at this

After 4 months I receive one letter saying you have some amount outstanding. You can contact the 4 mentioned people( Suman, Yogesh, Anil & Padhmanabh) between 10-6. I called up the first 3. I called at 10.30. Suman said, I do not have details of your outstanding bill, Yogesh haven't reached office and said will call back and Anil called back after looking at the missed call, but when I told that this was for discussing the letter, he disconnected as he was driving.


There are much better options like Spectranet, Airtel. Never ever think about using Docomo because if you cannot handle stupid people, you will have no option but to deal with them when you try contacting them on customer care.
