I have 50 GB data connection. For the last 3 months, all the data is getting used up in 5 days, without me using it. I raised multiple tickets and no action has been taken so far. Even if you raise a ticket, it will be closed in weeks time without any action.
But they will send you bill every month and they will call you only for payment. Now I stopped the payment citing that without resolving the issue, you will not get the payment.
Now they have started sending the harassment emails. They expect you to pay without providing the due services.
I advise all of you not to go for Tata broadband and land with the troubles.
