What to say, this car gets better and better day by day.Best space in class. (Leg room for back and front seats, head room, width so that 3 people can sit comfortably).
The rear seats have 40:60 split and once I carried my 5 KG semi automatic washing machine at the back of the car.I don’t think this is possible with any other car in this segment.(May be the Honda Jazz only.)
Very good interiors in class. (Dual tone dash, fabric door trims with matching fabric dual tone seat covers). Lot of features (Central Lock, unlocks automatically when ignition turned off, locks automatically once the car reaches 10 K/m speed unlike the aftermarket ones with time delay) You get defogger, rear wiper, fog lamps from company.
Unique classy features like 5 types of wiper speed with delay, head light height adjustment switch, rear wiper triggers automatically when in reverse gear, parcel tray under co drivers seat, vanity mirror in co driver's sun flap, day and night rear view mirror, steering wheel height adjustable, driver seat’s height adjustable, seat belt chime etc.
I must say lot of thoughts have gone into the car. Besides you get a 2 din stereo( with Bluetooth paring facility with your mobile phone in the anniversary editions)
Mileage 10-11 Km/L with A/C and 12-13 KM/L without A/C in city conditions which I consider very good.
Last but not the least driving comfort.
This car is absolutely fun to drive, amazing as good as any high end sedan.With the power steering and 1.2 litre saffire engine from FIAT it is a shear driving pleasure. The swift, Wagon R or the Alto comes nowhere when it comes to the pleasure driving the Vista.
Besides the bold looks it makes very aggressive style statement.
At about 4.3 lacs on road for the top model, I don’t think there's any car you can consider. Vista just beats all others in its segment by a mile.
If you are switching from Maruti, you will require sometime getting used to this car. There might be some problems of bad fitting, power windows problems minor glitches (no major problem only careless fitment jobs which takes 2 mins to fix) but once these problems settles out and the car hits the post 1000 KM mark this car is amazing and you will be looking for an excuse to drive it.
If you don’t check this car out before buying a any other car because you have strong opinion/prejudice for TATA petrol cars, I must say you will regret your decision later.

### Accessories####
Please be very careful and don’t fit unnecessary stuff and ruin your car along with your money.
I myself got readymade seat covers from Autofoam for Rs 2850/- light beige but I would recommend people to get custom made art leather (PU) seats stitched and fitted because it gives a wonderful finish.(readymade ones will have folds, creases no matter how costly they are).
Got Xenos 350 Firewall car security system for Rs 3500/- lifetime warranty but I don’t think it’s worth it.
Not very sensitive to impacts, siren volume low, ruins the in built in auto lock feature which locks the door once you reach 10 KM/H speed. If you fit this system then your car will get locked after 30 secs no matter what and if your keys are inside only god save you.
For fitting panels needs to be taken out from the driver door, B -pillar, steering column, dash etc and Xenos technicians are not very friendly with them have and have left marks of screwdriver at many places.
So my recommendation get the security system fitted from dealer even though it would cost you around RS 4800/- but would give you much reliable fit and your car interiors won’t be ruined.
People in Kolkata avoid accessories shops in Kakurgachi like Auto Fiar, Gupta Motors etc (they are horrible), Xtreme shop in Salt Lake CA island (this is good for other models but they don’t have experience with Vista), and EM bypass shop near CA island.
Before you buy this car keep in mind that service centers for TATA are not as much as Maruti and mostly there is no availabilty of spares, quality of service really bad and it does not make sense to buy extended service.
