I previously owned a Maruti 800 and thus needed to change my car as it had grown old.
Well the key points I kept in my mind while searching for car was : Space, fuel efficiency and cost.
My budget was tipped tight to 4 lakhs at a max.
Well after a lot of market research I found only diesel provides really good cost to pocket. So I had to decide between the three cars: Indica V2, Palio D and Zen Diesel.
Well Palio D was really costly to buy and with real poor after sales support I could not go for it.
The only car I found good was Indica V2.
Well The car in a super cool car. Its a cool 16.5 mileage with AC on in city. Very stable at 110 kmph and very spacious to accomodate 5 people.
The most important point which I wanted to mention about Indica( for which I have written the review) is the way of driving.
Please do not push the car by pressing the accelerator hard. This car requires gentle treatement once you are just going to stop-to-go.
Push it very slowly and then let the car to accelerate on its own. Then it will be a very smooth car to run. Especially this hint is for people wh o have plugged from a petrol car to a diesel ones. This car will not go full throttle once you are standing on a redlight.
The poor thing about this car is very sluggisg behaviour when stationary.. so watchout petrol car owners.
Well this car is for people who do not like racing around and drive very decently. People who drive with patience and care , this car is a bliss for them.
Do take care of your car to enjoy a trouble free ride for years.
