Its big, spacious, roomy, comfortable, and better than the V2. **I can safely say that Tata has definitely improved further upon their indigenous design.
More spacious inside than any competitor in the small car segment of the market, the Xeta's petrol engine is waaaay zippy(and more affordable). Although there is plenty of leg space (even at the back), head space is still limited for a person taller than 6 feet sitting straight. The steering/handling is light, and improved gearbox helps gear changes quicker than in the V2. Ground clearance is also good. You neither have to climb into the car, nor slide into it. Fuel efficient and with small turning radius, the Xeta seems fit for inner city driving as well.
I can't really compare torque and acceleration of Xeta and V2, as one is petrol, and the other is diesel. On its own, and even when compared with cars like Maruti Alto/Wagon-R, the Xeta stands tall.
Plenty of knobs, dials and guages have been added to improve driver comfort, and even measure fuel efficiency. Looks have been improved. The car is built to look sleeker and more modern.
Drive safely in one of the few cars built to comfortably accomodate a normal Indian family.
