I decided to go for the petrol version GLX 1.4 of Indica. Only question was to select the dealer in Mumbai. I selected the dealer Wasan Motors, Chembur and paid the booking amount and rest balance immediately. From then onwards, my nightmare started. I paid booking amt on 16th Dec06, final balance on 22nd Dec, and today its 23rd Jan07, ... still I am waiting for delivery.
The dealer's sales managers (Mr. Rajendra G & Sreedhar) are the worst sales people I have ever met in my life. They are treating the car customer 3.5 lacs) as a football. No one is giving any responsible treatment to the customer in Wasan Motors. Mr LK Paul, who is the owner/main manager there is asking to give complaints in written instead of serving the customer with ready feedback. This is the bullshit of all.
Same experience I got from the TATA's dealer manager for Wasan, Mr Vishal Sharma. He is not at all responsible for his duty. The dealer has taken the full money on behalf of TATA and after calling the customer care on 18th jan07, still waiting for any response.
I advise all readers, if you are going for TATA cars, pls AVOID Wasan.
