Dear Sir,
While TELCO has certainly tried to improve the rattletrap that was launched with much fanfare 3 years ago, the effort has fallen short of the expectations. The INDICA with a 1400 CC engine is still underpowered and struggles to keep up with much heavier diesel cars. What it sorely lacks is a turbo unit without which it will continue to wheeze and pant.
The brakes leave much to be desired and so does the facia. Fit and feel are just not car like with a plasticky interior. The clatter of the diesel unit leaves one hankering for better insulation as in the Siena. The suspernsion though is certainly an improvement and so is the steering. May better sense prevail in TELCO and may the INDICA get a Turbo-charged engine. And sooner the better.
