Terrible servicing. TATA really needs to read up. Review on Tata Indica - Diesel

I am a defence personnel. So that clears me of all bias against anyone I hope.Ok, so I bought the TATA Indica(Diesel top model) in Aug 2001..........nice purchase reasons:-

1.Gave me all the comfort in those days like- power windows, rear de-fogger, rear spray and wiper, AC, power steering, internally adjustable rear view mirrors.

1. Excellent mileage....I clocked 23Km in a litre without AC(my car is a single hand drive)

   
   




2. New design. people gave the car looks.(remember 2001)

   
   

Now it is 2008 the car is still with me......not because I like it but I am still mustering courage to pick a new car.......by the end of this year....i am looking at the Mahindra Scorpio or the Toyota Innova (i have two dogs and they need to be accomodated)

THE TERRIBLE SERVICING IS THE MAIN REASON WHY I WANT A DIFFERENT BRAND.

The TATA guys are so messed up in their servicing that they remove parts from your car and dont tell you. Eg. My car met with an accident in 2004, after the full repair the AC was useles. I tried everything short of putting an Ambassodor Ac in my car but to no avail. finally after 2 years while I inspected my friends Indica I realised the entire idling unit was missing from my car...

It cost me 900 to fit one. however by this time I was posted out to a different place and I couldnt those Basta*ds.(Marudhara motors, Jodhpur). the Ac still never worked all that well, after repeatedly showing it to the TATA guys I finally took help from outside in 2008 Jun. it cost me 6000- bucks and the AC has come to some standards...the fault a blocked vent through which the cool air comes. But the Ac will never perform as before, cze after the accident the put a different condenser that was not compatible with the compressor(TATA Motors Jodhpur).

one fine day in 2007 I gave my car for servicing in Sirsa(Haryana) in the TATA showroom....while taking the delivery I realised a scrubbing noise coming from the rear wheels every time I applied the brakes...the servicing guys told me its just water and grease and once it dries the noise will go. I trusted them(new servicing center new place...why blame them for the assoles in Jodhpur). aftre a few days when the noise didnt go I realised that they were all . On getting it inspected I came to know that my brake pads hadsuddenly degenerated during the servicing.
