Tata Elxsi Ltd is a midsize company with employee strength of around 3000 employees head quartered in Bangalore and a very good place to work. There is always a job security and have not encountered any issues here.
What I like most is there pay structure which gives you max take home from your CTC and nothing is hold back. Also, some times they provide bonuses as well if your project is doing good and earning good revenue.
There is absolutely no work pressure and you have all your freedom for the way you want to work. Plenty of scope for freshers as there learning curve would rise exponentially.
