My Land connection not working for out going calls(local as well STD connections), form last year 15 dec 2017 onwards(may be earlier), complaint which was registered on 15 December 2017, and later similar complaints registered several times. Each time complaints gets opened, they get closed by them selves in three days, without providing any resolution.
I am paying regularly, monthly bills without fail, which are otherwise demanded for prompt payment.
Now, running pillar to post to get the solution attended, only follow up calls to verify, has this been attended & no solution seen in vicinity.
Potential consumers need to decide, whether to go for this TATA docomo connection.
