We bought the USB Dongle 3G Postpaid, for 1000 Rs a month, but should say was an utter waste of our money going for that option.
We have been trying since 3 days to get to CSR for changing the plan to a lesser amount, but in no way the IVR would let us get through the CSR.
Even if it gets through like say after 20 mins of waiting on the call, the CSR will say, "Sorry you have reached the prepaid department please try again."
Truly disgusting customer service! And to top all of it, the customer care number 1860 2665555 is chargeable number. So the best option is to stay away from this product.
Not at all recommendable.
