My dad started using a Tata Photon card in 2009, upgraded to Photon+ in 2010 and requested to cancelling Photon, which they never did. Kept on building bill till it reached 15k. Then we upgraded to Docomo 3G data card and again same with cancellation.
I submitted written application to cancel connection at their store. They lost my application and I paid 3k to settle. but then again after 6 months they started sending bill to photon+ account! After fighting for 3 months I got the connection cancelled permanently.
Last March I asked them to close my 3G docomo connection which they did. Again after 8 months they started sending me bills to usage. Called up customer care several times to get it resolved. After a month they told its closed and I wont get any more bills. But today again some guy calls up asks us to pay the bill! I told him the connection is closed for a year and I have confirmation mail and he says until I pay the due connection wont be closed.
Once is a mistake, twice can be forgiven but not the third time. I just dont want to see Docomo ever in my life. Pathetic customer care who know nothing about products. Call them and they keep on passing to other guys or give you other number to call. They are all mixed up and confused, docomo, photon, internet, phone.
