I feel this review is:
I am using the services of thsi operator from the last two years now.initiall it was good.Speed was around 4 to 5 mbps but aometime back I switched to a new plan where I got phone connection along with broadband connection and speed offered is 20 mbps.But this speed was just on papers I am getting even lesser speed then the previous plan.I did file complaints to its customer care but their engineers are not able to fix this issue.Now I am thinking of changing the operator.
