Using this Service provider for almost 2 years now
Network coverage is vary bad, specially if you are out at holidays or on a move(hill-station etc.)
I have experienced'call drop' many times in the middle of a important call.
And most important thing is, if you are using their'Tata to Tata free pack' you will definitely face call drops
again and again and again(just irritating)
Slow internet speed in 3G and no option for 4G
my max 3G speed is 223kbps to 433kbps and thats not good.
always keep seeking in chance for stealing your main account balance.
And whenever they cut your money without reason THEY WILL NEVER CONNECT YOUR CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE on that day.
And when ever you call Customer Care, they makes you keep waiting for long time(often).
I am a prepaid customer and I found that the Data usage always doesn't matches to my smartphone's data usage record.
NOT SATISFIED!
