I used docomo gsm prepaid.they are giving service in bihar via aircel and reliance gsm service. few months before that they have closed all docomo stores in bihar.when I call customer care to ask why my number is on roaming via aircel or reliance.they said that it is just temporary problem and will be solved in few days.and keep repeating this for 2 years to wait.and not told me single time that they have stopped docomo store in bihar.
This make me so unpleasant feel about this company.pure bullshit. .
