I used to have a postpaid sim, I used for more than 3years, I wanted to convert it into prepaid sim, I went them and requested for MNP, they told me the details and everything how to convert, atlast my sim was not in prepaid or in postpaid, I went them for 2months daily, there was no proper response, after 3 months they simply said.
I have balance due of rs.2, initially they told I dont have any pending balance. immediatel I paid rs.2 through online payment, and asked them for sim, they told that sim was being used by someone
how is this possible, worst people
