Since 3 years I am using tata docomo network. in 2012 march I given a compliant regarding network problem @ my area. they said that they will check and resolve the issue asap and also given some approx date when it will resolve.but Still there is no response from tata-docomo guys. when ever I call them they saying "soon soon soon". finally they block my number and now I am unable to call tata docomo care. I tried from my friends number its connecting happily. when I asked about this they said simply "write a mail to us" and disconnected the call. now from my friend mobile also unable to connect the customer care. we are totally disappointed with the docomo service. we planed to Change the network but the thing is all our family & friends are using Tata docomo only. so if I change the network I cant use f&f offer.
Recently my friend also given the same compliant about the network issue. miracle they called him after few days and they said "sir net work is perfect and we tested its fine" he asked that where you tested? they said "we tested the network @ main road KPHB" but we given compliant that the network is not there @ our area.not main road. they said we will check and get back to you.
After that no call and no response from Tata Docomo.
Please fix our Issue. Since 1 year we are waiting for a solution. if you want exact location I can give you that.
Network problem location is:-
Ligh 980 to 1040(Complete street loosing tata docomo & Vodafone networks).
