I have used Tata Docomo mobile service When I wasin HAryana . THere is something that bothered me all the time is the net Speed even once I had registered an complaint against them into the consumer court as they were not giving the basic net speed so some other things are:-
Network Coverage:- I had to say this every thing is one side but network connectivity of DOCOMO is very good
Customer Services:- Most of their customer executive don't have proper knowledge of most pf the problems
Charges and Billing:- Charges are lesser than other operators
But in todays where internet is of daily use thing and this company is failed to deliver this
