Hello Friends, I am using "Tata Docomo" from the last one and half years in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. I am going to share my personal experience which I have gained about "Tata Docomo" yet.
On the recommendation of one of my friends, I opted this particular service provider and in the initial days of service "Tata Docomo" provided me with lots of offers like, low call rates, inexpensive tariff plans and net packs etc. But later on if I talk about today's plan rates, then it is completely different from the earlier one, in one word I can say it has become costlier now-a-days.
If I talk about the coverage of "Tata Docomo" then according to me its signal level is very good in some areas, like at my residence its signal level is fine. But on the other hand when I go to some outer areas of the town or travelling from one place to another, the signal level used to be at its worst level, even sometimes I get irritated because of the poor signal level. I think "Tata Docomo" needs to make improvement in this area.
But when it comes to billing disputes, I will say that, I don't have faced any billing disputes with "Tata Docomo" yet and hoping the same in future.
One thing which I really like about "Tata Docomo" is that its 3G speed is really very good in my area and I also enjoy it so much.
