TATA DOCOMO made quiet a promising start in Indian market but over the years it's service quality has deteriorated and can be easily termed as the most featureless service provider currently as compared to it's counterparts.Where others are rolling out faster networks TATA DOCOMO seems to be stuck with the same age old network with no major bonus features to keep it's customer base intact.What can one comment about the service quality, when you have a full network in the phone and still the caller receives a message phone is out of coverage area or phone is busy, which often leads to doubts in the mind of sensitive callers particularly family members.Customer service nevertheless is pathetic now, than what used to be one of the finest in country.I really don't know instead of promotion why they have chosen the path of demotion, which certainly poses a serious question, is TATA DOCOMO going to survive the super tough competion.
