I have a tata docomo mobile connection and there was a 60 Rs amount deducted for some Network18 service subscription, which I am never aware of. When I called the customer care, they say that the amount was deducted because I have subscribed for Network18 services, and also gave me a number 155223, to deactivate that service.
For my surprise when I called that number it says that I have no new subscription for my number and there is no service I have subscribed, to deactivate a service, and customer care was telling me that I have subscribed for this Network18 service, such a pathetic service docomo provides service to their customers.
The customer care executives(Learn some manners first and then talk with people, because people call for asking solutions for their problem on their number) DO NOT KNOW how and what to speak, and instead of trying to solve this issue, they are repeating the same thing again and again.
Finally nothing happened and I wanna flush this DOCOCMO SIM and go to some other mobile service provider. I would suggest people to think before and do some homework, before going for mobile service provider such as TATA DOCOMO - Useless service provider really. Please ignore them, and their horrible customer care.
