I am using this TATA DOCOMO since 6 years but not yet all happy with it. other network providers making themselves better using technology but docomo is still there itself. in this scenario other networks are coming out with 4G service but it is still dealing with 2g that too with poor network coverage. in most of the cases call drops and signal drops occurs.
It has to be updated with the time. coming to charges and customer service charges are ok not too much high but the customer service center response is very poor, they really feel like hell while speaking to the customers. they will not bother about issue. they talk to customers very rudely, i think they will not monitor the calls .
