My experience with Tata Docomo postpaid plan was a nightmare... the sales executive offered me a good plan and falling prey to it I ported from Vodafone to Tata Docomo..
However, when the service was activated I found out that the plan that was actually offered was completely different to what I was explained by the sales executive....
I felt cheated and now I cannot port back to my earlier service provider for 3 months... I would urge all the readers not to fall prey to such offers and take written confirmation of plans that u are opting for. I have called up the customer care but they simply could not help..
I have already written to 'appellate.mum@tatadocomo.com' and awaiting their reply.
