Yes the title is correct. Docomo has the dumbest customer care where people dont know what they are speaking..the services provided, the network, the quality of SIM cards is the worst you can get.


The incident that happened to me will reveal everything:Attracted by the advertisements and the tariffs that they oferred I wanted to switch to Docomo, so I got a new postpaid connection, they told it will be active in 24 hrs and it did so. Just made 4-5 calls calling up friends to notify them that I changed my number and thats it the SIM card they gave never worked.


Called up customer care and complained about this, they advised me to visit their service centre so that they will replace my SIM, which was 15 kms away from where I stayed. So I told them its not possible and I hardly used the new connection, they told they would send their executive with the new SIM card. After that I never received any call/executive.Then I waited for a weeks time, when I got a call from Docomo, first I thought they are going to replace the SIM, but to my surpriseit was a call regarding bill payment!!!I told them they still need to replace my SIM card as its not working from the time I took it. The guy promised me to replace it my 24 hrs and till now its been 3 months no one contacted me regarding the SIM card. But I would have got some 25-30 calls for bill payment query!!! and everytime I tell the same story and they will also tell that they would be replacing the SIM.


While this has been happening for 3 months I didnt know that they were billing me for the last 3 months for a SIM card which was not working!!! and to my surprise no one told me when they called. I asked them to cancel my card, the customer care couldnt understand and they apologised and again told that they would be replacing my sim card.


Now the last nail in the coffin, they have sent me a legal notice for paying the 3 months pending bill for a SIM connection which was not working right from the inception. I would not recommend any one to use Docomo, please beware only the prices are attractive not the services. You dont have proper network coverage, always there would be disturbances, the consumer care doesnt understand what the consumer wants to say, the company doesnt care for anything other than the ads and increasing customer base by doing such kind of cheap tricks...what for should one take the docomo connection??


I have attached a screen shot of the customer complaint link on their website, pictures speak better than words..This is a black mark on the brand of Tata. I would say only one thing go go Docomo
