I ported my prepaid vodafone sim to docomo postpaid sim .For few days it worked fine and after a while took 3G unlimited plan on my docomo postpaid.


Now my porblem started. First It never showed me how much data I have used.how much min have been left. It always showed me my collective bill which was always 2500+ after a week so there was no way to track that how much of my plan have been left.when tried to call customer care they just said sorry sir.


This debacle cost me alot and on my bad day I paid 4568/- monthly bill.


But this is not the end of my problem .


The day I decided to change my operator from docomo to other and while process I submitted my request for migration from postpaid to prepaid.


They told me that within 7days this process will done , I was happy I thought after a week I will get rid of this provider but when I did'nt receive any notification I went back to office and asked about my migration they said me to submit documents again for migration and I did so and after a week I again didn't migrated so I decided to go back to office and ask regarding my mygration .then they again replied the same . Plz submit documents again. But this time we had some heated arugments and took a signature of docomo representative on a note that whatever he was promissing and then I left docomo office and waited for 3 months but same thing happened and still my sim was postpaid but I stopped my postpaid bill payments.


This make them wokeup and I started receiving calls from docomo continuously .and after 1.5 months an idiot docomo guy called me and said that they have fiiled an FIR against me then I met the state head of docomo and showed him the paper signed by his employee regarding my migration.then after appology he gave me assurance that within week my problems get resolved. I agin waited but nothing had happened and calls for older bill payments had increased I was fadeup by telling that all mistakes are from your side not from me and even I gave state head's number for more clarification but it didn't helped me alot and finally due to those calls I decided to deactive my sim card .and never got back my oldest  contact number.


So in my opinion using docomo is nothing less than but a charity.
