My experience with tata docomo is really bad. The network is not available when you require it the most. I am mostly out of range. there are some cases where I am connected to the network but still m I am not reachable to my friends when they call me. It really feels baad when friends says that I called you but you were out of range. Always voice breaks.
This network problem is not only with me but also with my friends an family member who use this operator. kindly guys see to it and avoid using this operator or get it port to another operator. my experience is really horrible. whenever I went to a service centere they gave me invalid reasons which I found that these people are fooling their customer. service centre people gaved me fake assuarity that your problem would would sought out within 24 hours which never happens practically. Sometime I have problem with the billing system. unnecessary charges are added into it. Guys really speaking seriously please check your bills if you are using this operator for unnecessary charges. Please guys see to my review before choosing this operator if you trust me.
