Tata Cochin office trying to set up a intercom connection last 4 years, They can't able to do it because of their staff's are not ready to work. If we call and say lot of Bad words then one person will come and connect 2 apartment then he leave, then no response from this stupid company. The Worst thing is this company will not replay any of our mails.


Hi Tata, I think all the members in this group is not interested to continue with us. I think at least one person from this team will say our staff are not capable for doing tasks and out source the work to good company and will complete with in 31st March and give a agreement saying that if we will not pay the amount or complete the intercom connection we will pay fine Rs. 10, 000 per month. But no one in this company to say like this, this is very shame and I am going post these mails in common sites for understanding my experience with this company.

Every call your stupid staffs(Immanuel and Sinu) giving offers by phone and email but not willing to give that as agreement and what should be the compensation if it not done. Because they know your staffs are very bad and no one is capable for doing tasks.

In the new agreement should contain




  1. what should be compensation you are giving us for running your machines last 3 years, without any use for us. We have power off your machines 2 years before at that time your technical team said don't power off DSLAM, they will compensate for your EB bills and If association down DSLAM then it will be big issue for them. Thats the reason we are not downed your power. Today we down the power because of your team is not willing to solve any complaints raised from us.




  2. What should be the rent you are giving us for using our valuable space.




  3. How you will pay the EB bill( actual reading* Per unit price we given to kseb).




  4. What should be the daily compensation amount if you are not completing on your proposed date( you promised to give completion date on Monday).




  5. What should be the daily compensation amount if intercom is not working after 24 hours from complaint time.




  6. Also include any change you are planning to collect from us in future for working intercom in our apartment.






Please create a draft including all this information, then I can put this proposal in ECM, If ECM agree this then we can sign the document.
