Customer service very very poor, next signal problem is a big problem my friends will always say that they cant reach me at most of times iam using a post paid sim at the time of buying they given me a bunch of offers but now the bill is my big problem so recently I called cus care to change it to prepaid but they given me special offers to make me continue in prepaid but I refused , so they told me to pay 2000 rupees bill and submit documents visit the nearest docomo office iam shoked my monthly plan was 299 , so I accepted the offers and continuing with postpaid I bought this sim b cause of tata product but im totally fed up with this worst
