Please be aware about Tata Docomo postpaid trap. How it is happened with me is as below.
I get a call from Tata Docomo about new data plan launched. Initially I was rejected as I was quite happy with my existing BSNL data usage with Rs 250 per month. But I got various calls and finally I got trapped and said ok.Then one person came to my home, took my signature on form and handed over the sim. It was get activated in some days.
I started using it for my internet usage and I was in impression that I am using the correct plan but as it was very slow and doesn't seems 3G, I called customer care and they told me that your plan is something different. Then I told them to change that, that was not in there records till that time ( Just believe it !! )
After 3-4 days follow up they changed the plan
After a month they send me bill of Rs. 1800, for 3G usage in first week.
False commitment by Tata Docomo, they activated wrong plan initially which was not my fault
If 2g plan is activated initially how did they provided 3g service to customer without intimating him ? They should must intimate at least, before enabling it and make customer be aware of its consequences rather than sending huge bill at the end.
I have configured my 3g service setting in my mobile when I have shifted my plan to 3g on 2nd June so I cant believe that in first week I have used 3g service. is it possible to use service without setting in mobile ? I don't think so. Even I have proof that I have called customer care on 2 nd June for mobile setting for 3G, how come I have used it before that ???
When I had complained about this, they asked me the details about their executive who sold me the SIM ???
How come I provide the details about their executive ???? they should know it. BTW they must given him the some commission so point that they know who sold but asking me.
- Now they are not responding to my mails and my connection is also deactivated.
So please be aware and avoid TATA DOCOMO.
