TRAI will never respond to your emails, they will route to nodal id of telecom service providers, in fact TRAI is a not a regulatory body, its a fraud body for corrupt politicians.
Tata Docomo a real fraud service provider.
They changed 1paisa scheme to 1.2, 1.5, and 2 and so on, and saying that changes of rates as per their business policy. In general terms, when you purchase a sim either retailer or tata docomo representatives itself claiming that the card and scheme validity is life time. in reality there is 20 years or less is validity of your sim, and the scheme is valid 6 months, 1 year or 1 year 6 months.
So in short you are availing this service maximum 1.5yrs and onwards you have to pay as per service providers choice. Second, they activate any packs on your sim card and deduct your balance, and they make you cry like a hell and you will quit the service(through the sim, or broke the sim). nodal or owner of the telecom providers doesnt give a damn to you(bhaad mein jao)
thrid, when you try to activate scheme, you read the details. so you cannot find any details, you call to customer care about the pack details, they will give half information and once you have activated the pack, you have to bear what you have got, you will end up by wasting time behind these goons.
fourth they advertise about the packs, such as data pack, and when you browse for pack you will find you are not eligible for that pack or the scheme might be not available for your circle. whatever the excuses made by them, you have to tolerate.
fifth, their 3G network is best at your home location(if range is available) as copmpared to other service providers, but when it comes to locality, like you are travelling or going to other places your 3g ducked up. and do not use google map on docomo network ghumte reh jaoge
sixth, their calling network is little bit better than aircel, reliance, videocon, uninor, bsnl and poor than vodafone, idea, airtel. so if you will go for long call, then you have to speak again and again
