All I wanted was for a micro sim card that would fit in my iPhone 4. The Tata customer care officials didn't even know what a micro sim was. I just ported from Vodafone to Tata and I regret making that decision. The customer care people even asked me that did I mean "microphone"? And to evade any sort f criticism, would just ask me to call various numbers. I ended up calling 5 numbers at least 8 times! This is no sort of customer service.
And just to complete this - NO my problem is not yet solved and it is a basic problem nothing mind-blowing, but this ignorance definitely blew my mind!
